I am a MILR, class of '01. Personally, I love the ILR school but its definitely not for everyone. ILR Brand Sharing ideas and research results with practitioners and enrollees in adult education was one of the primary purposes of the school. The most important criterion for transfer admission to the ILR School is your performance in college-level courses. my high school is so extremely well-known that many kids from my HS have gotten into Cornell ILR without relevant extracurriculars.
